6th & Oak is was founded by Rob Major, Melissa Ezelle & Jeff Blanchard as a new alternative Art Space that is focused on hosting and generating creative events, performances (music & otherwise), and exhibitions in Old Louisville. Interested? Have an idea? Send us a message and let's make it happen!
All events here are all-ages, and all are BYOB as well; if you're not of age, don't BYOB, unless it's non-alcoholic. At this time, we do not provide any food or beverages, so plan accordingly (this may change in the future).
PLEASE NOTE- we will have at most one event a week, usually on the weekend. If you want to have a show here, check the calendar for availability, contact us at least a month in advance, have a plan to execute, and be prepared to promote it. If you're an out-of-town band, we highly recommend you get in touch with some local acts first in order to get a good bill started.
